Terms of Service

Beat Bro is developed and provided by Rishabh Chauhan, E16, Ground Floor, Gagan Enclave Extension, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201001, India ("we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Beat Bro mobile application ("the app").

User Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using Beat Bro, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Eligibility

Beat Bro is not directed at children under 13, and you must be at least 13 years old to use the app. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use Beat Bro with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Beat Bro for your personal, non-commercial practice purposes, subject to these Terms.

Account & Subscriptions

Beat Bro is currently free to use. If we introduce in-app purchases or subscriptions in the future, billing will be handled by the relevant app store (Google Play or the App Store) and will be subject to their respective payment terms and refund policies.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality or security

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and code within Beat Bro are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Beat Bro at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Beat Bro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific practice goals.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the app will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
