Beat Bro is developed and provided by Rishabh Chauhan, E16, Ground Floor, Gagan Enclave Extension, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201001, India ("we", "our", or "the app"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use the Beat Bro mobile application and this website (together, the "Service").

Information We Collect

Beat Bro is designed to work primarily on-device. Practice session results, accuracy statistics, and progress history are stored locally on your device using standard platform storage APIs and are not transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly opt in to a future cloud-sync feature.

We also collect limited, non-identifying data through the app:

• Product usage analytics (e.g. drill completions, accuracy, and reaction-time aggregates, and screen views) via Firebase Analytics, a Google service — see "Analytics" below
• Device type, operating system version, and general app diagnostics, for compatibility and bug fixing
• App Store / Google Play purchase receipts, if and when in-app purchases are offered

We do not currently collect your name, email address, or other directly identifying information through the app, and Beat Bro does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, or location.

Analytics

We use Firebase Analytics, provided by Google, to understand how the app is used in aggregate and to improve it. Firebase Analytics may collect device and app identifiers, general device information, and app interaction events, and this data is processed by Google in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. This data may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries where Google operates. We do not currently use any crash-reporting SDK.

How We Use Information

Any data we collect is used to operate, maintain, secure, and improve Beat Bro, and to understand which features are most useful to musicians. We do not sell your personal information.

Data Sharing

We share information only with service providers who process it on our behalf (such as Google, for analytics), and only as needed for them to provide their service to us. We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not share your locally stored practice history with anyone.

Data Storage & Security

Session history and settings are persisted on-device using standard platform storage APIs. We take reasonable measures to protect any data we do process, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Your Rights & Choices

You can clear locally stored practice history at any time from within the app's settings, and uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data. Depending on where you live, you may also have additional rights:

• EEA / UK / Switzerland (GDPR): you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Contact us using the details below to exercise these rights.
• California (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell your personal information.

Children's Privacy

Beat Bro is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

International Data Transfers

We and our service providers (such as Google) may process and store information in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, for these transfers.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, including when we introduce new features that affect how data is collected or used. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above.
